Job Description :
RETS Associates, on behalf of its Client, a dynamic real estate investment management firm, is seeking a Vice President, Asset Management for an office portfolio and will be located in Denver. VP will be responsible for a portfolio of East Coast assets so must be comfortable with travel and oversight of third party management and leasing.  VP will focus on oversight of leasing and marketing, capital expense management and guidance, annual business plan creation and implementation, as well as financial analysis in Argus and Excel, due diligence involvement and participation in acquisitions and dispositions.


This is a growth opportunity and a dynamic team seeking a strong communicator, effective leader and a person adaptable to change.  Travel is required in this position approximately 25-40% of time.
Required Qualifications :
Seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree required

-MBA preferred

-7-10  years of office asset management experience as well as experience in leasing, operations, finance, transactions, preferably with an Owner

-Strong financial skills

-Great communication skills

-Effective leader

-Team player and adaptable to change
