Job Description :
RETS Associates is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Executive to join our client's team in Los Angeles, CA. Our client manufactures a new generation of smart window technology, providing digitally connected, customized, remotely controlled glass for commercial offices, airports, hospitals, and multi-family residences. The Sales Executive is responsible for expanding the company's presence in the San Diego market and is the key front-facing company representative to clients, responsible from lead generation through collections.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Development and execution of a territory sales plan

  • Development of an opportunity pipeline, meeting quarterly / annual quotas

  • Work with inside sales team to produce and present custom benefits analyses, budgets, quotes, etc to prospective clients

  • Know and understand LA commercial real estate market

Required Qualifications :
Skills and Knowledge:

  • 5+ years' experience in solution-selling with a track record of achieving sales goals 

  • Ability to sell in long sales cycle environments

  • Ability to close large dollar amount sales transactions

  • Ability to position a new product in a new or existing market and build long-term relationships with clients

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
