Job Description :
RETS Associates, on behalf of its Client, a rapidly growing smart property platform provider for multi-family communities, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the Greater New York City area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generation of leads, building of relationships, and closing contracts with real estate developer clients. The preferred candidate will have a network of existing developer relationships.
Required Qualifications :
- At least five (5) years of sales experience in real estate, multi-family products/services, or management consulting.
- Must live within the greater New York City area and be able to travel on a regular basis. Ability to successfully work remote is critical.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities in new markets and multiple geographies necessary.
