Job Description :



The name of our firm is RETS Associates, which stands for Real Estate Talent Solutions – so you can probably see why we shortened it! We’re a boutique agency with a dozen recruiters on the West Coast.  We focus 100% on the commercial real estate industry.

Our office is in Newport Beach near the airport.  We are seeking to add a team member who will focus on our interim staffing practice covering California.  The role will definitely handle a full desk and interact with all team members at RETS.  Recruiting is sales....and this role is definitely a sales role.  We believe in forging genuine, long-term connections with both clients and candidates. We do need someone who enjoys relationship building and business development.

 


Our focus is partnering with top firms in the commercial real estate industry to provide interim, contingent, contained and retained executive search services. The genesis of the company (founded in 2002) was interim staffing and this continues to be a large business focus.  Other than the focus on commercial real estate, the sky’s the limit in terms of the type of roles that we recruit for throughout California. This could include property management, acquisitions, asset management, construction & development, and more.

Required Qualifications :



Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree required;
*At least 3 years of experience with recruiting/interim staffing so you know that you enjoy and understand it;
*Demonstrated track record of securing new recruiting assignments;
*Self-motivated personality with excellent time management and organizational skills;
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with sophisticated professionals on both the client and candidate side of the business;
*Knowledge of/willingness to learn the commercial real estate industry;
*Enjoys working in a small, close-knit team environment;
