RETS Associates has been engaged to recruit a Property Manager for a leading provider of commercial real estate services. The successful candidate will manage an industrial portfolio located in the Chicago region. - Create, manage and execute strategic plans for big-box industrial assets.
- Oversee all lease agreements, and negotiate services contracts.
- Monitor all tenant and capital improvements.
- Manage, train and oversee a team of building, maintenance, engineering, and management staff.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial variance reports and leasing activity reports.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree with CPM/RPM designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial property management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical skills required.
