Job Description :

RETS Associates, on behalf of its Client, a large institutional Owner and Operator, is seeking a Property Management Administrative Assistant (AA) for 166K SF Class A office portfolio in Costa Mesa, CA.  The AA will provide support including typing, filing, answering phones and data input for the property management team. This is a great entry level role in the commercial real estate industry with a good stable firm.

  • 1-3 years of previous office experience 

  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills must be demonstrated 

  • Excellent customer service skills required

  • Knowledge of general office administration

  • The ability to multi-task
